Soumya Mishra
- Bio: I am a doctoral candidate in Education Policy at Teachers College. Before coming to US for my masters, I have worked with the Government of India and World Bank on researching and design higher education reforms for the federal government and states. My research interests include governance reforms and higher education quality improvement in India. Early in my career I worked for an investment bank and I hold an undergraduate degree in Finance & Accounting as well as an MBA in Human Resources.
