The Department of Arts & Humanities is offering funding grants for a series of Diversity Events for Spring semester 2019. We are looking for proposals that will creatively engage members of the student body, foster a sense of community, and change public spaces at TC. Diversity Grants are open to all current Arts & Humanities students and student groups. The early decision deadline is Friday, February 1, 2019 with grant proposals reviewed on a rolling basis thereafter. Awards are limited to $ 200 per event. The Department of Arts & Humanities strives to foster diversity, inclusion, community, and social justice, as well as to support student initiatives that work toward these goals in creative and participatory ways. Grants are aimed at disrupting feelings of isolation and marginalization at TC. The call is intentionally broad and open-ended to provide applicants with the opportunity to creatively and collaboratively make change at Teachers College.
