Verbalizing and Visualizing is a reading comprehension program intended to help children support reading comprehension by developing visualization skills.

Reading comprehension is the ability to understand written text. Reading fluency can be separate in that a child may be able to decode (sound out) the words in a passage quickly but not be able to comprehend what they’ve read.
