The Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals- Preschool, Second Edition [CELF-P2] Spanish is designed to assess the presence of a language disorder or delay in Spanish speaking students aged 3;0-6;11.
Category: Criterion Referenced Test
A criterion referenced test is designed around criteria chosen by test designers based on their own expectations of child development. It is not normed on a sample or compared to other test takers, as in a norm-referenced test. As a result, it can be very susceptible to bias from test designers’ cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
