Faculty, graduate students, postdocs, and staff can request teaching observations to receive individualized feedback on their teaching. Through a structured process, consultants observe instructors in the classroom and provide suggestions to improve their teaching. The CTL can also work with schools, programs, and departments seeking to refine their peer-teaching observation practice.
Assessment and Evaluation Support
Faculty can request support for identifying appropriate student learning outcomes, designing course-based assessment tools, aligning learning objectives with course-based assessment tools, interpreting course-based assessments, planning and designing curricular initiatives, and a range of other topics related to assessment and evaluation.
