Jessica Rowe is a Senior Program Specialist and oversees the Triangle Initiative at the CTL. She works with faculty and researchers to bring projects that unite research, classroom learning, and social good to fruition. Recent projects include the ICAP Nursing E-learning platform and Option B+ course, which extends teaching and learning in nursing schools across Africa, and the Teach Recovery project, which will teach health professionals about cognitive dysfunction and remediation. Jessica acts as faculty liaison, helps lead project idea development, and manages projects.

Jessica has been with the CTL for ten years, first as an educational technologist and then as the Triangle Initiative lead. Before coming to Columbia, Jessica worked in educational technology at Northwestern University. She has an M.Des. in human centered design from the Institute of Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Besides her work in educational technology, Jessica is an artist and photographer. Her work is held in museum collections nationally. In the summer of 2015 her photographs were featured in the show A Lasting Vision celebrating the history of photography at the ID, and in 2011 she and her wife published a book of photographs and essays titled The End of New York with Furnace Press.
