Lakshmi Nair is a Learning Designer at CTL. In addition to Instructional Design projects, she manages the CTL Learning Commons.

Before joining CTL, Lakshmi was an Instructional Designer at New York University’s Center for Academic Excellence and Support (CAES). At CAES, she partnered with faculty to manage, assist and design numerous Diploma programs. She also provided consultations to the faculty at NYUSPS on redesigning courses and LMS support. Prior to that, she served as an Instructional Designer at Accenture’s Content Development Center in India where she was involved in multiple projects creating training solutions.

Lakshmi holds a masters degree in Educational Technology from Pace University, NY in addition to a masters degree in Educational Technology Studies and Computer Applications from India.

In her spare time, she enjoys sketching, painting, cooking and exploring New York City.
