Susan Dreher is the Associate Director of Software Development and Project Management at the CTL. She leads a team of talented and creative developers and designers who build applications to augment curricula and explore how technology can further the learning experience. The team, with project management support, ensures that all CTL projects adhere to best practices; include well-documented, accessible and reusable components; and consist of code and methodologies that benefit audiences within and beyond the university. Prior to taking the associate director position, Susan has been a full-stack developer at the CTL for over a decade, developing and supporting an array of applications.

Susan cut her programming teeth in a variety of shops in the New York City area, including Prodigy Services Company, Moody’s Investors Services, priceline.com, and Vindigo Mobile. She also completed an 18-month research project into the development of 3D educational games. Susan holds an M.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Journalism.

During off hours, Susan likes to cycle the city with her husband and son, stopping for parks, playgrounds and museums.
