Alexis Aurigemma is a Media Producer at the CTL. Reporting to the Associate Director for Media Production, her main responsibilities include producing media in support of teaching and learning projects, programs, and events in the Center for Teaching and Learning. She also contributes to project documentation and post-project analysis, handling a wide range of tasks that include logistics, shooting, editing, and post production elements that are necessary to produce finished media.

Prior to joining the CTL, Alexis produced, wrote, and edited for companies such as Netflix, NBCUniversal and for the NBC Rio Olympics. After graduating from Brown University she was appointed as Producer/Director for the City Council of Wilmington, Delaware to communicate the local government’s agenda to its constituents. Alexis’s production company, Acorn Head Productions, LLC specialized in educational and impactful videos such as Columbia U., Habitat for Humanity, and Kind to Kids.

In her free time Alexis enjoys studying Japanese, traveling, and writing fiction. She is currently working on a young adult action-fantasy novel entitled The Shadow: Legend of the Shadow Casters.
