Drucker’s five questions

Following Drucker’s five questions, one can develop a powerful mission statement strategy.

  • We must come up with both mission and vision,
  • Know who our clients are
  • Know what value we add to our clients
  • Decide how to measure our results
  • Develop an action plan with SMART goals.

    Do we need to do these in order, or can we skip around and pick low hanging fruit first?
