In the fall of 2014, Upper One Games released “Never Alone/Kisima Inŋitchuŋa,” an interactive game developed with the help of the Cook Inlet Tribal Council.  The game takes up the traditional task of educating Iñupiat children by conveying tribal history and stories using the visual aesthetics of traditional and contemporary visual culture. Proceeds from sales support the Council’s educational work.  (de Matos, Xav (March 19, 2014). “Sharing legends with the world in Never Alone, a game inspired by Alaskan Native communities”. Joystiq.
